About Me

My journey into holistic wellness began with a simple realization: the human body has an incredible capacity to heal and restore balance when given the right support.

During more than thirty years of working alongside internal medicine and integrative healthcare professionals, I saw how often people continued to struggle when only their symptoms were addressed. Those experiences inspired me to study the connection between traditional wellness approaches, whole-person care, and modern bioenergetic technology.

My Mission

At Starr Integrative Wellness, I combine decades of healthcare experience with wellness assessment tools such as Meridian Stress Assessment, or MSA, and AO Scan technology.

My goal is to provide insight, clarity, and compassionate guidance while helping each client develop an individualized wellness plan designed to support energy, resilience, and overall well-being.
